System job tables are full.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system was unable to create job &1 for user &2 because there are no job table entries available.
Recovery . . . : Use the following actions to make more job table entries available:
-- Delete unneeded spooled files.
-- End unneeded jobs on job queues.
-- Change the QMAXJOB system value to increase the maximum number of jobs allowed.
-- Remove pending job logs with the Work with Job Logs (WRKJOBLOG) command or with the Remove Pending Job Log (QWTRMVJL) API.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The job tables are completely full. Jobs cannot be successfully submitted or started. The next IPL may not complete. This may result in the loss of all spooled files, pending job logs and jobs on job queues. The Display Job Tables (DSPJOBTBL) command can be used to show information about the job tables.
