User authorizations exceeded.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The number of user authorizations needed has exceeded the number of user authorizations available. The number of user authorizations available in this partition is &1. The number of user authorizations needed is &2. Active jobs that have not been assigned a user authorization may experience longer response times when all the available authorizations are in use by other jobs.
This message will be repeated every &3 minutes until the number of user authorizations in use is reduced below the user authorizations available.
Recovery . . . : Use the Display Job (DSPJOB) command to help identify jobs that are holding an authorization, and end any jobs that are no longer needed. Use the Work with Active Jobs (WRKACTJOB) command to help identify jobs that need a user authorization but have not been granted one. A minus(-) sign in the Type column indicates the job is in need of an authorization. Use the Work with System Status (WRKSYSSTS) command to view the Extended System Status. From this display, press F19 to view the user authorizations available and needed.
If the number of users which require an authorization cannot be reduced, you may want to consider purchasing additional user authorizations.
