Power off program, QEZPWROFFP, not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The CL program, QEZPWROFFP, used to perform the scheduled power off was not found in the library list (*LIBL). The scheduled power off was not done.
Recovery . . . : Create a CL program called QEZPWROFFP, and put it in the system library list (*LIBL). This program should contain the Power Down System (PWRDWNSYS) command.
