Could not send message to user &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The message queue for user &1 does not exist.
Recovery . . . : Contact your technical support person.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The message queue associated with user profile &1 has been deleted. Use the Display User Profile (DSPUSRPRF) command to determine the name of the message queue and then either use the Create Message Queue (CRTMSGQ) command to create the message queue or use the Change User Profile (CHGUSRPRF) command to change the message queue name.
