Not authorized to run backup in batch

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : One or more errors were detected while checking your authority to submit backup to run as a batch job. You cannot submit backup to run as a batch job, but you can continue to run backup interactively.
Recovery . . . : If you want to run backup interactively, you do not need to do anything. If you want to submit backup to run as a batch job, use F10 (if available) or the Display Job Log (DSPJOBLOG) command to see the messages in the job log for a more complete description of what caused the error. Correct the errors and try the request again. You may need to contact your security officer to obtain the required authority.
