Hierarchical file systems may need to be registered.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An internal system object containing information about registered file systems was damaged and it was necessary to delete it and recreate it. The file system you want to use may no longer be registered.
Recovery . . . : Use the DSPHFS command to see if the file system you want to use is registered. If it is not, contact your system administrator to get the file system registered.
