Cause . . . . . : Customization is not supported for subsystem descriptions older than V3R1M0 version, release and modification level. Subsystem description &1 is at &2 version, release and modification level.
Recovery . . . : Update subsystem description &1 in QSYS. Library QINSYS contains a copy of the subsystem description as it existed before the installation.
