Changing primary language not complete

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Changing the primary language from Double Byte Character Set (DBCS) to Single Byte Character Set (SBCS) or from SBCS to DBCS was attempted. Changing the primary language requires additional steps which are described in the manual "Changing the Primary Language". Unless these instructions are followed the following problems will occur:
-- Problems will occur when you attempt to restore backup copies of your saved SQL Collections or when you attempt to create new SQL Collections.
-- Problems may occur using IDDU in both S36E and operating system environments
-- Files built over the system cross reference files (QADB* in QSYS) may not be able to be restored and/or recreated due to incompatible CCSIDs.
-- Language specific applications may have conflicting CCSID problems as well if they use the system cross reference files (QADB* in QSYS) directly or files built over the system cross reference files.
Recovery . . . : Perform the additional steps to complete changing the primary language.
