Set password to expired value set to *NO.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The password for user profile &1 was changed. The previous value of the PWDEXP (Set password to expired) parameter was *YES. Changing the password causes the PWDEXP parameter to be set to *NO.
Recovery . . . : If you want the PWDEXP (Set password to expired) parameter to be *YES, run the CHGUSRPRF (Change user profile) command and specify PWDEXP(*YES).
