Cause . . . . . : The system changed the QAUDCTL system value to *NONE because auditing failed.
Recovery . . . : Change system value QAUDCTL to a value other than *NONE in order to determine the cause of the auditing failure. If you can successfully change system value QAUDCTL then the problem has already been corrected.
