Mode of message queue &1 in &2 not changed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Message queue &1 in library &2 specified in your user profile could not be changed to break or notify mode. Reason code &3. The mode of the message queue could not be changed for one of the following reasons:
Reason code 10 Message queue is being updated by another job.
Reason code 20 This user profile does not have authority to change the mode of the message queue.
Reason code 30 Message queue cannot be found.
Reason code 40 An error occurred.
Recovery . . . : Display the job log to determine the exact cause of the error (DSPJOBLOG command). Correct any errors. Then, either change the message queue mode (CHGMSGQ command) or if this message was received while signing on, sign off and on to complete the sign-on without this error.
