Synchronous vary on for NWI &1 did not complete.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Synchronous vary on for network interface &1 did not complete within the specified wait time of &2 seconds.
Recovery . . . : The following recovery actions should be done in the order indicated:
1) Display the Network Interface status (WRKCFGSTS command) to determine if the command completed. If the command completed, no further action is required.
2) Display the QSYSOPR message queue (DSPMSG MSGQ(QSYSOPR) command) or QHST log (DSPLOG LOG(QHST) command). Look for messages that indicate the reason for failure. Correct the problem, then try the command again.
