Substitution characters encountered converting to CCSID &2.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Substitution characters have been encountered during the conversion from CCSID &1 to CCSID &2. All characters affected by this will have their sequence number set to 0010.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : While converting from either the basing table to the job's CCSID or the job's CCSID to the value specified on the CCSID parameter, substitutions values were encountered.
