IPX description &1 not found.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : IPX description &1 does not exist. The IPX description (IPX parameter) on the network server description must exist before the network server can be varied on.
Recovery . . . : View the IPX descriptions on the system (WRKIPXD command). Specify an existing IPX description, then try the request again. If the desired description does not yet exist, it must be created (CRTIPXD command) before the network server can be varied on.
