Not authorized to IPX description &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : You do not have *READ authority to the IPX description (IPX parameter).
Recovery . . . : Change the network server description (CHGNWSD command) to use another IPX description, or obtain authority from the security officer or the object owner.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The network server description can be created or changed to refer to the IPX description, but you must have *READ authority to the IPX description to vary on the network server.
