Object not usable.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The device or controller description just created can not be used at this time.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Controller descriptions created with link type (LINKTYPE parameter) *VRTAPPN will not be used unless allow virtual APPN (ALWVRTAPPN parameter) or allow HPR transport tower (ALWHPRTWR parameter) is enabled in the network attributes.
Devices attached to controllers which specify link type *VRTAPPN will not be used unless ALWVRTAPPN or ALWHPRTWR is enabled in the network attributes.
APPN devices attached to APPC controllers that do not have link type *VRTAPPN can not be varied on if ALWVRTAPPN is enabled in the network attributes.
