SHUTDTIMO value changed to 31 minutes.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Minimum shutdown timeout (SHUTDTIMO) parameter value is 31 minutes when the Network server type (TYPE) parameter server connection element is *GUEST and server operating system element is *OPSYS.
Recovery . . . : No recovery is necessary. The value specified for the SHUTDTIMO parameter was changed to the default of 31 minutes by the command processing program.
