FRCVRYOFF parameter value changed to *NO for device &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The Forced vary off (FRCVRYOFF) parameter value of *YES or *LOCK has been ignored for device type &2 when attempting to vary off device &1. The system used the default value of *NO for the FRCVRYOFF parameter when attempting to vary off device &1. A forced vary off of device type &2 should only be attempted in error recovery situations after a normal vary off has been attempted.
Recovery . . . : For device type &2, a data area named QFRCVRYOFF must exist in library QTEMP in order for the specified FRCVRYOFF parameter to be used during the vary off. Use the following command to create the QFRCVRYOFF data area if the forced vary off of device &1 is required and then submit the vary off command again. CRTDTAARA DTAARA(QTEMP/QFRCVRYOFF) TYPE(*CHAR) LEN(10)
