Error loading database &1 in library &2 . Recovery is needed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The load you have requested cannot take place because there is a partial question and answer database in library &2 .
Recovery . . . : If the database &1 must be in library &2 , see your question and answer coordinator about recovering the partial database before loading your own. Otherwise, load your database into another library.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A question and answer database consists of a number of physical files plus an information record in the Contact Database. Each database is assigned a unique index number. The database you are attempting to load has been assigned index number &3 . There is already a partial database in library &2 with index &3 . This situation is generally caused by having a damaged version of the Contact Database on the system. Restore a previous version of the Contact Database, or delete all of the files with index &3 in library &2 before attempting to load your database.
