No configuration description exists for resource name.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Problem analysis cannot continue because a configuration description does not exist for the resource with the problem.
Recovery . . . : Use option 1 or 2 if you do not want to continue with analysis. To continue with analysis, use option 3. Depending on the resource with the problem, the Work with Network Interface Descriptions, Work with Line Descriptions, Work with Controller Descriptions, or Work with Device Descriptions display will be shown. On these screens, use either option 1=Create or F6=Create to create a new configuration description, specifying the name of the resource with the problem for the RSRCNAME parameter.
