Rename of member &3 to &4 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Data base recovery failed to complete the renaming of member &3 to &4 in file &1 in library &2 (RNMM command).
Recovery . . . : The member may be known to the system by either name. To remove the member from the file, first remove member &3 from file &1 in library &2 (RMVM command). If this is not successful, then remove member &4 from file &1 in library &2 (RMVM command).
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
