Error occurred while trying to create output queue for printer &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The system encountered an error while trying to create the output queue &1 in library &2 for the printer &1 during IPL.
Recovery . . . : See the job log for the description of the error. Correct the error and IPL the system again. If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : Each printer on the system must have an output queue in library &2 which is used for spooling output to that device. The output queue for printer &1 may not have been created because an error occurred.
