Writer &1 cannot re-direct file &4 to device &9.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Writer &1 could not re-direct file &4 number &10 job &8/&7/&6 created on system &12 on &13 to device &9. The values specified by the PAGERANGE or RESTART parameters are not allowed for diskette writers.
Recovery . . . : Use the Change Spooled File Attributes (CHGSPLFA) command specifying PAGERANGE(1 *END) and RESTART(*STRPAGE) for the page range to print and restart printing parameters. Then release the spooled file using the Release Spooled File (RLSSPLF) command.
