Cause . . . . . : Program temporary fix (PTF) &1-&2 cannot be applied temporarily until licensed internal code PTF &3 is applied permanently.
Recovery . . . : Permanently apply licensed internal code PTF &3 (APYPTF command) before applying PTF &2.
