MPTFI for Licensed Internal Code not restored due to error.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : During the initial program load (IPL) following a restore of Licensed Internal Code, the Licensed Internal Code Master PTF Index (MPTFI) could not be rebuilt from Licensed Internal Code information due to an error. The reason code is &1. Reason codes and their meanings follow:
01 -- Library QGPL not found.
02 -- Cannot obtain lock for library QGPL or the Licensed Internal Code MPTFI.
04 -- The installed operating system release is not compatible with the release of the Licensed Internal Code that was installed.
05 -- Materialize function failed due to error code &2.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following based on the reason code and then try the request again:
01 -- Install library QGPL.
02 -- Determine who has an exclusive lock on library QGPL (use the Work with Object Locks (WRKOBJLCK) command) or who is currently performing PTF related activities. Wait until those activities have completed.
04 -- Install a compatible release of the Licensed Internal Code. The current operating system release is &3. The release of the Licensed Internal Code that was installed is &4.
05 -- Refer to the error code to determine the reason for this error. If the error code is *N, see the previously listed messages in the job log.
