Folder name cannot be specified for FLR parameter.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Product &1 option &2 release &4 does not contain folders.
Recovery . . . : Restore product &1 option &2 release &4 with the Restore License Program (RSTLICPGM) command and specify *SAME for the restore folder (FLR) parameter. Then try the request again.
