DDM TCP/IP server already active.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A request was issued to start the job that listens for DRDA or DDM TCP/IP connect requests and dispatches server jobs. However, this job is already active, or the program is allocated by another job.
Recovery . . . : If the server dispatcher job's program, QRWTLSTN, is active in the QSYSWRK subsystem, then the dispatcher job is already active and no recovery is necessary. Otherwise, use the WRKOBJLCK CL command to determine if the *PGM object is allocated by another job. Run the command again after the *PGM object is no longer allocated.
