&2 source file contains DBCS information.

Cause . . . . . : The system on which data dictionary &1 is being restored is not DBCS capable, but at least one communications file definition in the data dictionary has textual information containing DBCS characters, or DBCS attributes, or both DBCS characters and DBCS attributes. As a result, the &2 source file in library &3 which contains these communication file definitions is DBCS capable.
Recovery . . . : You may not want to distribute the &2 source file in library &3 to those systems which are not DBCS capable.
