Field definition &1 data type is now character.

Cause . . . . . : Field definition &1 in data dictionary &2 had a hexadecimal or numeric floating-point data type. Hexadecimal data type is not recognized by DDS for communication files. The format of floating-point data is now IEEE not centesimal. Lengths and representations of stored floating-point data are different. Because of this difference, conversion is not automatic.
Recovery . . . : Reconsider your use of field definition &1 in file &4. Source for this file is stored in member &4 of source file QIDDSSPICF in library &3. Program and field definition changes may be needed.
