DBCS data type has changed.

Cause . . . . . : The field you are creating or changing is being changed from a DBCS-open, DBCS-only, or DBCS-either field to a DBCS-graphic field, or from a DBCS-graphic field to an DBCS-open, DBCS-only, or DBCS-either field.
Please make sure the CCSID is correct for the data type.
Sizes for DBCS-graphic fields differ from DBCS-open, DBCS-only, and DBCS-either fields. The size you selected is:
-- the number of bytes for DBCS-open, DBCS-only, DBCS-either fields.
This size does include 2 bytes for shift-out/shift-in and 2 bytes
per one DBCS character.
-- the number of characters for DBCS-graphic fields. This size does
not include shift-out/shift-in characters and is the number of
double-byte characters.

Example:
A DBCS-open field with size 10 specifed:
- 1 byte for shift-out, 1 byte for shift-in
- remaining 8 bytes for 4 DBCS characters
A DBCS-graphic field with size 10 specified:
- 10 double-byte characters
Recovery . . . : You may want to review the data type of the field definition.
