Error with file definition &1.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Error &4 occurred during &5 while restoring file definition &1 from System/36 data dictionary &2 into library &3.
Recovery . . . : Due to the error, the data dictionary was not completely restored to the indicated library. Delete the library, and then try the request again. If the problem continues, start problem analysis (ANZPRB command).
