Incorrect double-byte character on output.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A double-byte character is represented by a double-byte code system. An incorrect double-byte character may be caused by:
1) An incorrect point (RIGHT BYTE); The point is less than X'40' and the character is neither X'0000' nor X'1C1C' or the point is equal to X'FF' and the ward (LEFT BYTE) is greater than or equal to X'56'.
2) An incorrect ward (LEFT BYTE); The ward is greater than X'7F' and the character is not equal to one of the special character generator utility (CGU) characters (X'FE41' TO X'FE51').
Recovery . . . : Correct the error and then try the request again.
