Common block size used.

Cause . . . . . : The command was issued and use optimum block (USEOPTBLK) size was requested either from the command or from a tape management interface, but the optimum block size supported by all devices is not the same. The highest common block size &5 will be used for file &2 in &3. The maximum supported by a device or resource in the device list was &6.
Recovery . . . : Do one of the following:
-- Allow the smaller block size to be used.
-- Only specify devices in the device list with similar capabilities for block size.
-- Use a block size that is less than or equal to &5.
