Remote location &5, device description &4 not available for retail pass-through session.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Remote location &5, device description &4 is not configured to be used for a retail communications pass-through session. Either the retail pass-through configuration list (QRTLPASTHR) does not exist or it does not contain an entry for this device.
Recovery . . . : If this device is used for a retail pass-through session, use the Create Configuration List (CRTCFGL) or Add Configuration List Entry (ADDCFGLE) command to add device description &4 to the retail pass-through configuration list. Then try the request again.
