Value number &3 was changed to contain substitution characters.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : CCSID (Coded Character Set Identifier) compatibility processing between variable field &1 with CCSID &7 in query record format &2 and value number &3 with CCSID &6 changed the value such that it contains substitution characters. The original value was &4.
Recovery . . . : No changes are necessary. However, if substitution characters must not be used in the value, change the CCSID of value number &3 such that substitution characters are not required to make it compatible with variable field &1. Then try your request again.
