Process initialization parameter data has field indicators that are not valid.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The process initialization parameter (PIP) data received when starting a communications job contains field indicators that are not valid.
Recovery . . . : Contact the remote system to have the program sending the program start request changed to specify the correct data. Then have the program send the program start request for program &1 in library &2 again.
