Line &23 failed - LECS error.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The LAN Emulation Client (LEC) on line &23 sent a LAN Emulation configure request to the LAN Emulation Configuration Server (LECS) and received an error response. The error code is &40.
Recovery . . . : Error codes and their meaning are:
1EC0890F - Change the ADPTADR parameter in line description &23 to a value acceptable to the LECS. See the ADPTADR parameter on the Change Line Description (Token-Ring Network) (CHGLINTRN) command or the Change Line Description (Ethernet) (CHGLINETH) command for a valid value. Vary off the line, change the parameter in line description &23, then vary the line on again.
1EC08A0F - The ATM address format used by the LEC does not match the ATM address format used by the LECS. Determine if your LES will allow you to connect directly to it without using the services of a LECS. If you can, vary off the line, change the TRYLECSADR parameter to *NO and specify the full ATM address on the LESATMADR parameter. Try to vary on the line again.
1EC08E0F - Change the LECFRAME parameter in line description &23 to a value acceptable to the LECS. See the LECFRAME parameter on the Change Line Description (Token-Ring Network) (CHGLINTRN) command for a valid value. Vary off the line, change the parameter in line description &23, then vary the line on again.
If the configuration parameter is correct, the problem may be in the LECS.
If the problem persists, contact the provider of the LECS or your IBM service representative.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The LAN Emulation Client (LEC) sent a LAN Emulation configure request to the LAN Emulation Configuration Server (LECS) and the request failed. Changing a configuration parameter in the line description may resolve the problem. If changing the LEC configuration does not allow a connection; the problem may be in the LECS.
