Line &23 failed - Protocol error.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The LAN Emulation Client (LEC) on line &23 sent a LAN Emulation configure request to the LAN Emulation Configuration Server (LECS) and received a response with an error. The LEC cannot connect with the LECS. The error code is &40.
Recovery . . . : Error codes and their meaning are:
1EC0810F - The version of LAN Emulation being used by the LECS does not match the version being used by the LEC. Contact the provider of the LECS to determine the compatible version.
For the remaining errors, the problem occurred as a result of errors in the LAN Emulation protocol committed by either the LEC or the LECS. If the problem continues, contact the provider of the LECS or your IBM service representative. A communications line trace may be helpful in identifying the cause of the problem.
1EC0820F - The LEC parameters are not valid or incompatible with the LECS.
1EC08F0F - The cause for the failure is unknown.
1EC0940F - Client not recognized.
1EC0950F - The cause for the failure is unknown.
1EC0960F - Insufficient information.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The LAN Emulation Client (LEC) sent a LAN Emulation configure request to the LAN Emulation Configuration Server (LECS) and the LEC received a response with an error. The problem may involve errors in the LAN Emulation protocol committed by either the LEC or the LECS or incompatible versions of LAN Emulation.
