Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Internal system failure.
Recovery . . . : Do one or more of the following:
-- Use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to vary off network server &30, then vary on the network server.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22. The error code is &40: Internal system failure.
