Device &25 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : Device &25 failed. The probable cause is IOP microcode or hardware failure.
The error code is &40.
The error codes and their meanings are:
DD000002 -- IOP error.
DD000003 -- IOA error.
DD000004 -- Generic unexpected error.
DD000006 -- Resource no longer operational.
DD000007 -- LIC detected IOP inoperational.
DD000008 -- IOP reported error notification.
Recovery . . . : Use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to vary device &25 off and then on again.
If the problem persists and other errors are reported for the same device, use the messages associated with those errors to determine what action to take.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
You may have to replace the device.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22. The error code is &40.
