The local system rejected an incoming ISDN call received on Network Interface &30.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : An incoming ISDN call, with connection type &45, from remote number &40 of &41 type and &42 plan and remote subaddress &43 of &44 type was rejected. The local system rejected the call with a cause code of &46 (&48 &49). The call was rejected because it requested the D-channel, which is not valid for circuit mode calls.
Recovery . . . : If connectivity is desired with the remote system, report this situation to your ISDN provider. Then contact the remote system operator to retry the call.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).

The cause information element is: &47.
