Device &25 on controller &24 on line &23 failed.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The device failed due to one of the following reasons:
-- An internal system failure.
-- If device &25 is a local workstation or printer, the customization tables required by the device may have exceeded the maximum amount of storage supported by the controller.
-- If the error occurs while varying on a local ASCII workstation or printer on a port greater than port five, the 12 port attachment cable may not be properly connected.
Recovery . . . : Do one or more of the following:
- Use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to vary device &25 off and then on again.
- If varying device &25 off and on does not correct the problem, use the VRYCFG command to vary controller &24 and all attached devices off. Then vary the controller on again specifying reset (RESET parameter) as yes (*YES) if allowed.
If the 12 port attachment cable is not properly connected, use the Power Down System (PWRDWNSYS) command to power down the system, and then reconnect the cable. Once the cable has been properly connected, power on the system.
If the problem continues, Use the Analyze Problem (ANZPRB) command to describe and report the problem.
