Line &23 failed. Transmit complete timeout.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A B-channel timeout occurred while attempting to transmit data on line &23, which was attached to network interface &30.
Recovery . . . : Do one or more of the following:
-- Use the Vary Configuration (VRYCFG) command to vary network interface &30 off, then on.
-- Use the VRYCFG command to vary network interface &30 off. Then use the VRYCFG command with reset (RESET parameter) specified as yes (*YES) if allowed to reset the input/output processor (IOP) and to vary network interface &30 on.
If the system sends a diagnostic message because other network interfaces on that IOP are varied on, vary them off. Then vary network interface &30 on with the RESET parameter specified as *YES if allowed.
If the problem continues, press F14 to run problem analysis.
Technical description . . . . . . . . : The error log identifier is &22.
The return code is &40: Transmit complete timeout.
