Session cannot be established for device &25.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The session from device &25 to associated Systems Network Architecture (SNA) pass-through device &41 cannot be established for one or more of the following reasons.
Device &41 is not varied on.
Some condition prevented session establishment to an adjacent system.
An error occurred on device &41.
All of the devices in SNA pass-through group &42 are unavailable. The devices are unavailable for one or more of the preceding reasons. Additional reasons may be that a device in the group does not exist, a device in the group is busy with another device, or a combination of these possible reasons.
Recovery . . . : Use the Work with Device Description (WRKDEVD) command to check the status of associated SNA pass-through device &41, and vary on the device if needed. Check for error messages on associated SNA pass-through device &41. Check for error messages on links to adjacent systems. Correct any problems before proceeding.
If the problem persists, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
