No logical channel available for incoming call on line &23.
Message Long Text :
Cause . . . . . : A remote system has sent an X.25 incoming call request to the local system, but there are no logical channels available temporarily.
Recovery . . . : The remote system should try the call again when a logical channel becomes available.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : An X.25 call request packet was received; however, all logical channels configured in the line description are either active, reserved for pending enhanced logical link control (ELLC) virtual circuit recovery, or reserved for connections that are in the process of becoming active. The system reserves a logical channel for each controller that is in the process of ELLC virtual circuit reconnect.
The X.25 cause code is: &40 (&42).
The X.25 diagnostic code is: &41 (&43).
