Local system rejected call from remote system on line &23.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The remote system called the local system, but one of the following occurred:
-- A local system configuration problem.
-- A remote system configuration problem.
-- The controller description is not varied on.
Recovery . . . : Do one or more of the following:
--If you know which remote system called, use the Work with Controller Description (WRKCTLD) command to find the controller description. Then do one of the following:
If there is no controller description, use the appropriate create controller description command to create one.
If there is a controller description, display it. If the exchange identifier (EXCHID parameter) of the controller description is not &41, change the EXCHID parameter, or tell the remote system operator to change the exchange identifier of the remote system, so that the two values are the same.
--If you do not know which remote system called, use the WRKCTLD command to find the controller description with an EXCHID parameter value of &41.
If there is no controller description, find out which remote system has exchange identifier &41, then use the appropriate create controller description command to create a controller description for that remote system.
--Use the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command to display the status of the controller description. If its status is varied off (VARIED OFF), vary it on.
--Tell the remote system operator to call again.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A remote system with exchange identifier &41 has requested a PU type 2.0 synchronous data link control (SDLC) short hold mode (SHM) connection to the local system. There are no PU type 2.0 SDLC SHM controller descriptions with exchange identifier of &41 varied on.
