Local system rejected call from remote system on line &23.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A remote system called, but one of the following occurred:
-- A local system configuration problem.
-- A remote system configuration problem.
-- The controller description is not varied on.
Recovery . . . : Do one or more of the following:
-- If you know which remote system called, use the Work with Controller Description (WRKCTLD) command to find the controller description.
If there is no controller description, use the Create APPC Controller Description (CRTCTLAPPC) command to create an advanced program-to-program communications (APPC) controller description.
If there is a controller description, display it. If the remote network identifier (RMTNETID parameter) of the controller description is not &41, or the remote control point name (RMTCPNAME parameter) of the controller description is not &42, change the RMTNETID parameter, or the RMTCPNAME parameter, or both, or tell the remote system operator to change the network identifier of the remote system, or the control point name of the remote system, or both, so that they match the values in the controller description.
-- If you do not know which controller called, use the WRKCTLD command to find the controller description with a RMTNETID parameter value of &41 and a RMTCPNAME parameter value of &42.
If there is no controller description, find out which remote system has network identifier &41 and control point name &42, then use the CRTCTLAPPC command to create a controller description for that remote system.
--Use the Work with Configuration Status (WRKCFGSTS) command to display the status of the controller description. If its status is varied off (VARIED OFF), vary it on.
--Tell the remote system operator to call again.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A remote system with network identifier &41 and control point name &42 has requested a PU type 2.1 synchronous data link control (SDLC) short hold mode (SHM) connection to the local system. There are no PU type 2.1 SDLC SHM controller descriptions with a network identifier of &41 and a remote control point name of &42 varied on.
