Local system rejected call from remote system on line &23.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : A remote system called, but one of the following occurred:
-- A local system configuration problem.
-- A remote system configuration problem.
-- The controller description is not varied on.
Recovery . . . : Do one or more of the following:
-- Use the Work with Controller Description (WRKCTLD) command to look for the controller description with remote network identifier (RMTNETID parameter) &41, remote control point name (RMTCPNAME parameter) &42, and exchange identifier (EXCHID parameter) &43.
-- If you did not find the controller description, use the WRKCTLD command to find the controller description with RMTNETID &41 and RMTCPNAME &42. Then, either change the EXCHID parameter of that controller description, or tell the remote system operator to change the exchange identifier of the remote system, so that the two values are the same.
-- If the status of the controller description is varied off (VARIED OFF), vary it on.
-- Tell the remote system operator to call again.
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
Technical description . . . . . . . . : A remote system with network identifier &41, control point name &42, and exchange identifier &43 has requested a PU type 2.1 synchronous data link control (SDLC) short hold mode (SHM) connection to the local system. There was a PU type 2.1 SDLC SHM controller description with a remote network identifier of &41 and a remote control point name of &42 varied on but there are no PU type 2.1 SDLC SHM controller descriptions that matched the remote network identifier, remote control point name, and exchange identifier.
