Controller on line &1 not varied on or not in RJE mode.

Cause . . . . . : The remote system is trying to contact the local system and the local system could not locate a remote job entry (RJE) controller description that is varied on, specified in the controller eligibility list for the line, and in binary synchronous communications (BSC), RJE mode.
Recovery . . . : Verify that the proper controllers are:
-- Varied on (WRKCFGSTS command).
-- In RJE mode, application type (APPTYPE parameter) in the controller description should be specified as *RJE.
-- Specified in the switched controller list of line &1 (SWTCTLLST parameter of the line description).
If the problem continues, report the problem (ANZPRB command).
