Incoming call request on line &23 rejected.

Message Long Text :

Cause . . . . . : The remote system at X.25 network address &40 called the local system, but the call was rejected for reason code &45. The reason codes and their meanings follow:
00000110 -- An incoming call was received with an extended network address. However, the extended network address (EXNNETADR) parameter in the line description was specified as *NO which does not match the network subscription.
00000120 -- An incoming call was received without an extended network address. However, the EXNNETADR parameter in the line description was specified as *YES which does not match the network subscription.
The local system rejected the call.
Recovery . . . : Check the EXNNETADR parameter in the line description to verify it matches the network subscription. The EXNNETADR parameter reflects the type of address/numbering plan identification subscription function.
Technical description . . . . . . . . :
The X.25 cause code is: &41 (&43).
The X.25 diagnostic code is: &42 (&44).
